{"id":1534,"date":"2010-10-18T20:19:21","date_gmt":"2010-10-18T20:19:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/wordpress\/2010\/10\/18\/modalits-de-grve\/"},"modified":"2010-10-18T20:19:21","modified_gmt":"2010-10-18T20:19:21","slug":"modalits-de-grve","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/snuipp86.fr\/index.php\/2010\/10\/18\/modalits-de-grve\/","title":{"rendered":"Modalit\u00e9s de gr\u00e8ve"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='rss_texte'>\n<p class=\"spip\">Vous trouverez des mod\u00e8les \u00ab\u00a0d&rsquo;intentions de gr\u00e8ve\u00a0\u00bb <a href=\"http:\/\/86.snuipp.fr\/spip.php?article2030\" class=\"spip_out\">dans le menu \u00ab\u00a0courriers-types\u00a0\u00bb .<\/a><br \/>\n<strong class=\"spip\">Arr\u00eat Omont<\/p>\n<p class=\"spip\">De quoi s&rsquo;agit-il ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"spip\">Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un texte, qui a fait jurisprudence, et qui indique que lorsqu&rsquo;un coll\u00e8gue est en <strong class=\"spip\">gr\u00e8ve pendant plusieurs jours, pour chaque jour de gr\u00e8ve, un trenti\u00e8me de salaire est retir\u00e9, y compris les jours o\u00f9 il n&rsquo;est pas sens\u00e9 travailler (dimanche, jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9, jour o\u00f9 il n&rsquo;a pas cours le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, Temps partiel &#8230;).C&rsquo;est le m\u00eame principe que pour un cong\u00e9 maladie : tant que vous n&rsquo;avez pas repris le travail vous \u00eates consid\u00e9r\u00e9 en arr\u00eat ou en gr\u00e8ve si vous \u00eates en gr\u00e8ve.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"spip\">\n<li class=\"spip\">Dans le cadre d&rsquo;une gr\u00e8ve reconductible ,\n<ul class=\"spip\">\n<li class=\"spip\">Tous les jours de \u00ab\u00a0gr\u00e8ve\u00a0\u00bb sont d\u00e9compt\u00e9s jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la reprise effective du travail qui marque la fin de la gr\u00e8ve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"spip\"><strong class=\"spip\">Exemple :<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong class=\"spip\">Pr\u00e9avis sur une semaine : je d\u00e9cide de ne faire gr\u00e8ve que le mardi, je ne travaille pas ni mercredi ni jeudi (pas de cours, tps partiel etc&#8230;) je ne reprends donc que le vendredi :<br \/>\nje suis alors consid\u00e9r\u00e9 (e) comme gr\u00e9viste le mardi, mercredi et jeudi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"spip\"><\/strong><br \/>\nExtrait<br \/>\n\u00ab\u00a0Consid\u00e9rant, d&rsquo;autre part, qu&rsquo;en cas d&rsquo;absence de service fait pendant plusieurs jours cons\u00e9cutifs, le d\u00e9compte des retenues \u00e0 op\u00e9rer sur le traitement mensuel d&rsquo;un agent public s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 autant de trenti\u00e8mes qu&rsquo;il y a de journ\u00e9es comprises du premier jour inclus au dernier jour inclus o\u00f9 cette absence de service fait a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9e, m\u00eame si, durant certaines de ces journ\u00e9es, cet agent n&rsquo;avait, pour quelque cause que ce soit, aucun service \u00e0 accomplir ;\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p class=\"spip\">Cela ne concerne pas les journ\u00e9es de gr\u00e8ve ant\u00e9rieures comme celle du 12 octobre qui \u00e9tait dans le cadre d&rsquo;un appel \u00e0 la gr\u00e8ve de 24h.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"spip\">\n<li class=\"spip\"><strong class=\"spip\">Les modalit\u00e9s :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"spip\">\n<ul class=\"spip\">\n<li class=\"spip\"> <strong class=\"spip\">Pour une gr\u00e8ve le lundi, l&rsquo;intention doit \u00eatre envoy\u00e9e jeudi minuit au plus tard.<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"spip\">\n<ul class=\"spip\">\n<li class=\"spip\"><strong class=\"spip\">Pour une gr\u00e8ve le mardi, l&rsquo;intention doit \u00eatre envoy\u00e9e vendredi minuit au plus tard.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"spip\"> <strong class=\"spip\">Pour une gr\u00e8ve le jeudi , l&rsquo;intention doit \u00eatre envoy\u00e9e lundi minuit au plus tard.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"spip\">\n<ul class=\"spip\">\n<li class=\"spip\"><strong class=\"spip\">Pour une gr\u00e8ve le vendredi, l&rsquo;intention doit \u00eatre envoy\u00e9e mardi minuit au plus tard.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"spip\">l&rsquo;Intersyndicale se r\u00e9unit ts les jours \u00e0 10H, pour d\u00e9cider des suites de l&rsquo;action 48H plus tard.
