Il n\u2019\u00e9tend pas la liste des personnels actuellement \u00e9ligibles. Quant au<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> montant de l&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9 REP, il demeure inchang\u00e9 (1 734 \u20ac brut annuel).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif; color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une part modulable dans l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 REP+:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Une part modulable est instaur\u00e9e. Elle est attribu\u00e9e sur la base <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>\u201cd\u2019objectifs collectifs d\u2019engagement professionnel fix\u00e9s au niveau national\u201d<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Pour les \u00e9coles, le recteur d\u2019acad\u00e9mie d\u00e9cide de son montant \u00e0 l\u2019issue de l\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire, pour l\u2019ensemble des agents \u00e9ligibles d\u2019une m\u00eame \u00e9cole.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La part fixe est vers\u00e9e chaque mois, la part modulable \u00e0 l\u2019issue de l\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Afin de \u201crespecter\u201d la promesse \u00e9lectorale de 2017 avant les pr\u00e9sidentielles de 2022, \u00e0 titre d\u00e9rogatoire et pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e scolaire 2021-2022, les indicateurs d\u2019engagement professionnel seront \u00e9valu\u00e9s du 1er juillet au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2021 et la part modulable sera vers\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019issue de cette p\u00e9riode.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif; color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Montant de l\u2019Indemnit\u00e9 REP+<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">L\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 sus-cit\u00e9 pr\u00e9cise les montants des diff\u00e9rentes parts de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 REP+ \u00e0 compter du 1er septembre 2021:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La part fixe passe de 4 646\u20ac \u00e0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b> 5 114\u20ac<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> brut annuels.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La part modulable ne peut d\u00e9passer<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b> 702\u20ac<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> brut annuels.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">M\u00eame si le versement de la part modulable devrait suivre celui de la part fixe, les r\u00e8gles d\u2019attribution (durant une p\u00e9riode de remplacement, pour les personnels \u00e0 temps partiel, \u2026) ainsi que les diff\u00e9rents montants de la part variable devraient \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9es dans une circulaire et une note DAF \u00e0 venir. Le secteur actualisera cette circulaire d\u00e8s parution de celles-ci.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif; color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Personnels concern\u00e9s<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Personnels de direction, enseignants, administratifs et techniques, psychologues de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation nationale de la sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 \u00e9ducation, d\u00e9veloppement et apprentissages, conseillers principaux d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, personnels sociaux et de sant\u00e9 relevant de l&rsquo;article 1er du d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2015-1087 du 28 ao\u00fbt 2015. Dans ces conditions, les AESH ne sont toujours pas concern\u00e9s par cette indemnit\u00e9 que ce soit pour la part fixe ou pour la part modulable.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif; color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La part modulable<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La circulaire parue au BO d\u00e9finit la ventilation et les montants de cette part modulable dans le cadre d\u2019une r\u00e9partition pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9e :<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: Tahoma, serif;\">au plus 25% des agent-es concern\u00e9-es d\u2019une acad\u00e9mie recevront 600\u20ac net (702\u20ac brut)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: Tahoma, serif;\">50% recevront 360\u20ac net (421\u20ac brut)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: Tahoma, serif;\">au moins 25% recevront 200\u20ac net (234\u20ac brut)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le montant de la part modulable est fix\u00e9 par \u00e9cole et par \u00e9tablissement. La r\u00e9partition impos\u00e9e des montants de la prime ne ferait que cr\u00e9er des injustices et des incompr\u00e9hensions, des concurrences entre \u00e9coles, entre \u00e9coles et coll\u00e8ges, qui jusque-l\u00e0 travaillaient ensemble, d\u2019autant qu\u2019aucun m\u00e9canisme garantissant la transparence et l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 de traitement n\u2019est pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n<p>Les collectifs de travail sont n\u00e9cessaires et existent ; ils doivent \u00eatre soutenus. Les personnels exer\u00e7ant en \u00e9ducation prioritaire ont besoin de temps et de conditions de travail am\u00e9lior\u00e9es.
