serif;\">d\u00e9cret n\u00b02021-1106 du 23 ao\u00fbt 2021<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"> met en place une nouvelle grille de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations \u00e0 compter du 1<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\">er<\/span><\/sup><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"> septembre 2021, pr\u00e9cis\u00e9e dans l\u2019<\/span><\/span><a L\u2019amplitude de la grille est de 100 points d\u2019indice. Pour un-e AESH travaillant \u00e0 62%, cela repr\u00e9sente une perspective d\u2019augmentation de\u2026 233 euros nets en 33 ans, soit 7\u20ac par an\u00a0! <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><b>Une progression automatique<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\">A l\u2019instar des m\u00e9canismes de carri\u00e8re dont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient les fonctionnaires, la progression de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration devient r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, tous les trois ans, sans \u00eatre li\u00e9e, comme c\u2019est le cas aujourd\u2019hui, \u00e0 la conduite de l\u2019entretien professionnel. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><b>Un reclassement en fonction de la nature du contrat et de l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\">&#8211; Les AESH dans leur premier CDD sont reclass\u00e9-es au 1<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\">er<\/span><\/sup><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"> \u00e9chelon\u00a0(IM 335) ; les AESH dans leur second CDD sont reclass\u00e9-es au 2<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\">\u00e8me<\/span><\/sup><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"> \u00e9chelon\u00a0(IM 345) ; les AESH en CDI sont reclass\u00e9-es au 3<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\">\u00e8me<\/span><\/sup><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"> \u00e9chelon (IM 355).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\">&#8211; Lors du reclassement, les AESH conservent l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 du contrat d\u00e9tenu. Si celle-ci est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 trois ans, elle permet d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelon directement sup\u00e9rieur.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\">&#8211; Les AESH reclass\u00e9-es \u00e0 un \u00e9chelon avec un indice brut inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui qu\u2019ils et elles d\u00e9tenaient avant leur reclassement conservent \u00e0 titre personnel le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de l\u2019indice.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\">Dans le projet initial, tous les AESH en CDI \u00e9taient reclass\u00e9-es au 3<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\">\u00e8me<\/span><\/sup><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"> \u00e9chelon, quelle que soit leur anciennet\u00e9 de contrat. C\u2019\u00e9tait au d\u00e9triment des coll\u00e8gues qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 CDIs\u00e9-es d\u00e8s 2014. Nos interventions ont permis un reclassement plus juste en fonction de l\u2019anciennet\u00e9. N\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 nous interpeller en cas de probl\u00e8me.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><b>Un calendrier avanc\u00e9 <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\">Nos interventions ont permis d\u2019avancer l\u2019application des nouvelles modalit\u00e9s de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration au 1<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\">er<\/span><\/sup><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"> septembre, au lieu du 1<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\">er<\/span><\/sup><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"> janvier 2022. Toutefois, celles-ci risquent de n\u2019\u00eatre effectives qu\u2019\u00e0 partir du mois de novembre, avec un rappel sur les deux premiers mois.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<h1 align=\"justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Avis du SNUipp-FSU\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><b>Ce boug\u00e9 sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration est un premier pas \u00e0 mettre sur le compte des mobilisations de l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Cependant il ne suffira pas \u00e0 lui seul \u00e0 r\u00e9sorber la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 des AESH (salaires insuffisants, temps incomplets, conditions d\u2019exercice d\u00e9grad\u00e9es par la cr\u00e9ation des PIAL\u2026).<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><b>Il est urgent aujourd\u2019hui de gagner d\u2019autres engagements. L\u2019intersyndicale nationale se retrouve la semaine prochaine pour envisager les suites de la mobilisation.
