Il n\u2019est pas possible pour engager cette transition de s&rsquo;en remettre aveugl\u00e9ment au march\u00e9 et aux entreprises priv\u00e9es, tourn\u00e9es vers la satisfaction imm\u00e9diate d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats priv\u00e9s.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Franklin Gothic Book, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>Les services publics et leurs agent-es ont donc un r\u00f4le majeur<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Franklin Gothic Book, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">, double, \u00e0 jouer.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Franklin Gothic Book', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>Offrir \u00e0 toutes les populations des services publics de qualit\u00e9<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Franklin Gothic Book', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de leurs conditions de vie et \u00e0 leur suppl\u00e9mentaires non d\u00e9localisables<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Franklin Gothic Book, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Franklin Gothic Book, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">De tels emplois n\u00e9cessitent des <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Franklin Gothic Book, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>garanties statutaires<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Franklin Gothic Book, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> assurant l&rsquo;autonomie professionnelle<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Franklin Gothic Book, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">des agent-es<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Franklin Gothic Book, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b> face aux pressions de toute nature, <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span personnels en nombre suffisant, disposant de moyens adapt\u00e9s pour accomplir leurs missions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Franklin Gothic Book, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Il faut donc <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Franklin Gothic Book, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>rendre la fonction publique attractive.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Franklin Gothic Book, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Cela passe aussi par de <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Franklin Gothic Book, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>bonnes conditions de travail et des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations attractives<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Franklin Gothic Book, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>des conditions de travail d\u00e9grad\u00e9es<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Franklin Gothic Book', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> par les coupes budg\u00e9taires, les r\u00e9organisations incessantes des services, les suppressions d\u2019emploi, l\u2019augmentation de la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Franklin Gothic Book', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>des injonctions paradoxales<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Franklin Gothic Book', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> \u00e0 toujours faire mieux avec moins, source de souffrance au travail et de perte de sens de nos m\u00e9tiers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Franklin Gothic Book', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>un\u00a0 management de plus en plus envahissant<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Franklin Gothic Book', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">, la perte des garanties collectives de traitement \u00e9quitable, li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019affaiblissement du\u00a0 r\u00f4le des commissions paritaires et l\u2019augmentation de l\u2019arbitraire, induites par la loi de\u00a0 Transformation de la Fonction publique de 2019<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Franklin Gothic Book', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>des gels de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration,<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Franklin Gothic Book', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> entra\u00eenant des pertes consid\u00e9rables de\u00a0 pouvoir d\u2019achat et effondrement de l&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9 des emplois publics<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Franklin Gothic Book', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>du \u00ab fonctionnaire\u00a0 bashing \u00bb<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Franklin Gothic Book', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">, basse diversion, tentant d&rsquo;imputer aux agents publics toutes les difficult\u00e9s des services publics constat\u00e9es par les usagers, L&rsquo;objectif \u00e0 peine cach\u00e9 est d&rsquo;amplifier la privatisation des services publics.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #ff3838;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Black, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>C\u2019est pourquoi la FSU invite les personnels des services publics \u00e0 exprimer fortement leurs revendications en se mobilisant massivement le 5 octobre \u00e0 l\u2019appel de l\u2019intersyndicale<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">D\u00e9marche pour \u00eatre en gr\u00e8ve<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span
