Cette exp\u00e9rimentation succ\u00e8de \u00e0 celle conduite l\u2019an pass\u00e9 dans le 2<\/span><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">nd<\/span><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> degr\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un millier d\u2019\u00e9tablissements. Le dossier de presse de rentr\u00e9e du minist\u00e8re annonce\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>plus de 2 000 \u00e9tablissements du 2nd degr\u00e9, y compris dans l\u2019enseignement priv\u00e9 sous contrat, devraient \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9s en 2021-2022. D\u00e8s la rentr\u00e9e 2021 d\u00e9butera aussi l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation de l\u2019\u00e9valuation d\u2019\u00e9coles dans le 1er degr\u00e9 (au moins une \u00e9cole ou un groupement d\u2019\u00e9coles par d\u00e9partement)<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Pour m\u00e9moire<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-21228 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/snuipp86.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/telechargement-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"369\" height=\"261\" srcset=\"https:\/\/snuipp86.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/telechargement-2-200x142.jpg 200w, https:\/\/snuipp86.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/telechargement-2.jpg 267w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 369px) 100vw, 369px\" \/>La loi 2019-791 du 26\/07\/2019 pour une \u00e9cole de la confiance, qui cr\u00e9e le Conseil d\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019Ecole, lui confie notamment la mission suivante\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Il d\u00e9finit le cadre m\u00e9thodologique et les outils des auto-\u00e9valuations et des \u00e9valuations des \u00e9tablissements conduites par le minist\u00e8re charg\u00e9 de l&rsquo;Education nationale et analyse les r\u00e9sultats de ces \u00e9valuations ; pour ce faire, il s&rsquo;appuie sur toutes les expertises scientifiques, fran\u00e7aises et internationales, qu&rsquo;il estime n\u00e9cessaires. Il s&rsquo;assure de la fr\u00e9quence r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de ces \u00e9valuations d&rsquo;\u00e9tablissements et d\u00e9finit les modalit\u00e9s de leur publicit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h1 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif; color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Cadre de l\u2019\u00e9valuation\u00a0:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Un document de cadrage et des annexes concernant le 2<\/span><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">nd<\/span><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> degr\u00e9 sont disponibles sur le site du CEE. Un document provisoire concernant le 1<\/span><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">er<\/span><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> degr\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 transmis au SNUipp-FSU, il est quasiment un copi\u00e9-coll\u00e9 de celui du 2<\/span><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">nd<\/span><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> degr\u00e9. Il sert de cadre \u00e0 la phase d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">L\u2019\u00e9valuation est pr\u00e9vue de la mani\u00e8re suivante\u00a0:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h2>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Une <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><u>auto-\u00e9valuation<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Il s\u2019agit \u00ab<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>\u00a0d\u2019analyser l\u2019\u00e9cole dans sa globalit\u00e9<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00bb, et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment de \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>mesurer les acquisitions des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et leurs r\u00e9sultats et les relier aux pratiques professionnelles, aux organisations retenues et aux choix op\u00e9r\u00e9s par l\u2019\u00e9cole\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00bb\u00a0; mais aussi de \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>proposer collectivement des axes de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre pour une am\u00e9lioration ou une consolidation de la r\u00e9ussite des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et de la qualit\u00e9 de vie \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00bb. L\u2019auto-\u00e9valuation couvre le temps scolaire mais peut aussi concerner l\u2019organisation des services p\u00e9riscolaires \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>en accord avec la commune ou l\u2019intercommunalit\u00e9 comp\u00e9tente<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Dans un premier temps, un portrait de l\u2019\u00e9cole est fourni par les services statistiques acad\u00e9miques, qui donne lieu \u00e0 une analyse \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>du contexte externe et interne<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00bb de l\u2019\u00e9cole.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Dans un deuxi\u00e8me temps, l\u2019\u00e9valuation doit couvrir quatre grands domaines\u00a0:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: Tahoma, serif; color: #000000;\">Les apprentissages et les parcours\/le suivi des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, l\u2019enseignement ;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: Tahoma, serif; color: #000000;\">Le bien-\u00eatre des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et le climat scolaire ;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: Tahoma, serif; color: #000000;\">Les acteurs, la strat\u00e9gie et le fonctionnement de l\u2019\u00e9cole ;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: Tahoma, serif; color: #000000;\">L\u2019\u00e9cole dans son environnement institutionnel et partenarial.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Un guide d\u2019auto-\u00e9valuation propose un ensemble de questions \u00e9valuatives.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00ab<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>\u00a0L\u2019organisation de l\u2019auto-\u00e9valuation est conduite au niveau de chaque \u00e9cole par son directeu<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">r\u00a0\u00bb. L\u2019auto-\u00e9valuation est \u00ab<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>\u00a0totalement participative<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00bb, elle mobilise l\u2019ensemble des \u00ab<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>\u00a0acteurs\u00a0: directrice-directeur, personnels de l\u2019Etat et de la collectivit\u00e9, \u00e9l\u00e8ves, parents, autorit\u00e9s de rattachement, partenaires<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Un rapport d\u2019auto-\u00e9valuation est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 pour information au conseil d\u2019\u00e9cole. Il est destin\u00e9 aux \u00e9valuateurs externes, et sera communiqu\u00e9 aux autorit\u00e9s acad\u00e9miques et \u00e0 la commune ou l\u2019EPCI.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Commentaire 1\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">: <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>L\u2019une des questions pos\u00e9es au SNUipp-FSU en mars 2021 par le CEE \u00e9tait de savoir quel \u00e9tait le \u00ab\u00a0regroupement\u00a0d\u2019\u00e9coles\u00a0\u00bb le plus pertinent pour une \u00e9valuation, compte tenu du fait qu\u2019il y a un nombre trop important d\u2019\u00e9coles au niveau national pour envisager un travail d\u2019\u00e9valuation externe \u00e9cole par \u00e9cole\u2026 Dans le document non d\u00e9finitif, on lit \u00ab\u00a0Le nombre d\u2019\u00e9coles et leur diversit\u00e9 pourront conduire les autorit\u00e9s acad\u00e9miques \u00e0 proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des regroupements, par exemple sur un mode vertical (selon une logique de flux d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves) ou sur un mode horizontal (\u00e9coles aux probl\u00e9matiques voisines au sein d\u2019une aire g\u00e9ographique donn\u00e9e, la commune ou l\u2019EPCI par exemple)\u00a0\u00bb. Mais la phase d\u2019auto-\u00e9valuation doit \u00eatre conduite dans chacune des \u00e9coles concern\u00e9es.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Une <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><u>\u00e9valuation externe<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> :<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Elle s\u2019appuie sur l\u2019auto-\u00e9valuation. Elle se distingue \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>de l\u2019audit, de l\u2019inspection, du dialogue de gestion ou de pilotage, du contr\u00f4le qui constituent une v\u00e9rification de conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 un cahier des charges\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00bb. L\u2019\u00e9valuation externe est \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>une aide apport\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque \u00e9cole, dans sa singularit\u00e9<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00bb, en identifiant notamment des leviers de progr\u00e8s.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">L\u2019\u00e9valuation externe comporte trois \u00e9tapes\u00a0:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: Tahoma, serif; color: #000000;\">La pr\u00e9paration de la mission ;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: Tahoma, serif; color: #000000;\">La visite dans l\u2019\u00e9cole ;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: Tahoma, serif; color: #000000;\">La r\u00e9daction du rapport provisoire, l\u2019\u00e9change \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la restitution du rapport dans l\u2019\u00e9cole (l\u2019\u00e9cole dispose de 15 jours pour faire part de ses observations \u00e9crites), puis la r\u00e9daction du rapport d\u00e9finitif.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Une \u00e9quipe d\u2019\u00e9valuateurs externes est \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>compos\u00e9e de trois ou quatre \u00e9valuateurs et comporte au moins un inspecteur du 1<\/i><\/span><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>er<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i> degr\u00e9 et un directeur d\u2019\u00e9cole<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00bb, qui signent tous une \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>charte de d\u00e9ontologie<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le rapport final est \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>un outil d\u2019aide pour l\u2019\u00e9cole et la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9ducative, mais aussi pour les autorit\u00e9s de rattachement<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Commentaire 2<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0: <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Cette derni\u00e8re pr\u00e9cision peut laisser perplexe. Elle r\u00e9sonne avec la principale mise en garde formul\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s du CEE par la FSU, qui refuse \u00ab\u00a0la perspective de contractualisation des moyens (en \u00e9cho aux Contrats Locaux d\u2019Accompagnement exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s dans le cadre de l\u2019Education Prioritaire)\u00a0\u00bb.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Par ailleurs, l\u2019autre question pos\u00e9e au SNUipp-FSU par le CEE portait sur la constitution de l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019\u00e9valuateurs externes. On trouve dans le document provisoire\u00a0: les \u00e9valuateurs externes \u00ab\u00a0sont inspecteurs territoriaux (IEN 1<\/i><\/span><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>er<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i> degr\u00e9 mais \u00e9ventuellement IEN ET-GT, IEN-IO, IA-IPR), directeurs d\u2019\u00e9cole, chefs d\u2019\u00e9tablissements du 2<\/i><\/span><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>nd<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i> degr\u00e9, conseillers p\u00e9dagogiques, enseignants, cadres acad\u00e9miques, universitaires ou autres personnes ayant une bonne connaissance du fonctionnement d\u2019une \u00e9cole\u00a0\u00bb (\u00e0 titre d\u2019exemple sont cit\u00e9es des personnes sollicit\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0au sein d\u2019ex\u00e9cutifs ou de services communaux\u00a0\u00bb). On retrouve cette forme d\u2019\u00e9valuation externe dans le cadre des cit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives. C\u2019est \u00ab<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>\u00a0l\u2019autorit\u00e9 acad\u00e9mique [qui] \u00e9tablit annuellement la liste des \u00e9coles \u00e9valu\u00e9es sur la base de crit\u00e8res explicit\u00e9s<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le SNUipp-FSU a particip\u00e9 le 05\/03\/2021, dans le cadre d\u2019une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation FSU, \u00e0 une bilat\u00e9rale avec le CEE sur la question de l\u2019\u00e9valuation des \u00e9tablissements et des \u00e9coles. Il s\u2019agissait pour la pr\u00e9sidente B\u00e9atrice Gilles et le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Laurent No\u00e9 de prendre connaissance des \u00ab remont\u00e9es de terrain \u00bb dont disposait la FSU pour l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation en cours dans le 2nd degr\u00e9 (1200 \u00e9tablissements concern\u00e9s), et d\u2019\u00e9changer avec le SNUipp-FSU sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation \u00e0 venir dans le 1er degr\u00e9. Nous y avons port\u00e9 toutes nos r\u00e9ticences et interrogations\u00a0:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: Tahoma, serif; color: #000000;\">Risque d\u2019un \u00ab pilotage externe \u00bb bureaucratique avec des indicateurs formels, \u00e9loign\u00e9 de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et des besoins des \u00e9coles, n\u2019apportant pas d\u2019aide r\u00e9elle ;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le cadre est calqu\u00e9 sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation du 2<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><sup><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">nd<\/span><\/span><\/sup><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> degr\u00e9, il n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u \u00e0 partir de ce qui fait la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 des \u00e9coles (ainsi, il est n\u00e9cessaire de ne pas d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrer une relation de proximit\u00e9 bien r\u00e9elle avec les parents, en leur faisant jouer un r\u00f4le qui n\u2019est pas le leur)\u00a0;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: Tahoma, serif; color: #000000;\">Idem avec les \u00e9l\u00e8ves : pratiquer la coop\u00e9ration dans l\u2019\u00e9cole n\u2019est pas la m\u00eame chose que d\u2019associer les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation globale ;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: Tahoma, serif; color: #000000;\">Le cadre propos\u00e9 repose sur un brouillage des r\u00f4les et missions des professionnels : les CPC par exemple, qui souffrent d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u2019une perte de sens, ne gagneront pas \u00e0 ce que s\u2019op\u00e8re une confusion entre formation et \u00e9valuation (ce qui aggraverait l\u2019\u00e9volution de la fonction pr\u00e9vue par le GT \u00ab Esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00bb du Grenelle) ;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: Tahoma, serif; color: #000000;\">Risque d\u2019une logique de \u00ab reddition de comptes \u00bb dans laquelle les \u00e9valuations nationales standardis\u00e9es, utilis\u00e9es dans cette \u00e9valuation d\u2019\u00e9cole, font passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des besoins et difficult\u00e9s r\u00e9els des \u00e9l\u00e8ves (d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0, elles r\u00e9duisent les apprentissages et entament la libert\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique des enseignantes).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif; color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Conclusion\u00a0:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">M\u00eame si l\u2019\u00e9valuation des \u00e9tablissements est inscrite dans la loi depuis le 26\/07\/2019, le SNUipp-FSU doit intervenir \u00e0 tous les niveaux pour exiger que cette exp\u00e9rimentation ne soit en aucun cas impos\u00e9e aux \u00e9coles, qui ont bien d\u2019autres priorit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Une exp\u00e9rimentation de l\u2019\u00e9valuation des \u00e9coles d\u00e9bute ce premier trimestre 2021-2022.
