Ils et elles p\u00e2tissent \u00e0 la fois de temps de travail tr\u00e8s bas et d&rsquo;indices de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration au minimum de la Fonction publique. Selon l&rsquo;INSEE, on est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme pauvre en France quand on per\u00e7oit des revenus mensuels inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 885 \u20ac ou 1 063 \u20ac, selon qu&rsquo;on utilise le seuil de pauvret\u00e9 fix\u00e9 \u00e0 50% ou 60% du niveau de vie m\u00e9dian.<\/strong> <strong>Si le minist\u00e8re a refondu la grille de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, ce coup de pouce reste bien insuffisant ! Au mieux les AESH peuvent esp\u00e9rer voir leur salaire augmenter de 100 points d&rsquo;indice pour toute une \u00ab\u00a0carri\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb, ce qui correspond \u00e0 une augmentation de&#8230; 233 \u20ac pour une AESH travaillant \u00e0 62% ! Quant aux indices de bas de grille, ils seront une nouvelle fois rattrap\u00e9s par la hausse du SMIC dans les prochains mois !<\/strong> <strong>Pour le SNUipp-FSU, le minist\u00e8re doit s&rsquo;engager dans une r\u00e9elle am\u00e9lioration des salaires. Cela passe \u00e0 la fois par un cadre de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations plus ambitieux et une augmentation des temps de travail.
