{"id":25662,"date":"2024-06-24T11:10:34","date_gmt":"2024-06-24T09:10:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/snuipp86.fr\/?p=25662"},"modified":"2024-06-24T14:30:16","modified_gmt":"2024-06-24T12:30:16","slug":"generalisation-des-evaluations-nationales-cest-non","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/snuipp86.fr\/index.php\/2024\/06\/24\/generalisation-des-evaluations-nationales-cest-non\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation des Evaluations nationales : c&rsquo;est non !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>L\u2019Intersyndicale nationale (CGT Educ\u2019action, CDFT Education Formation Recherche Publiques, FSU-SNUipp, SE UNSA, Sud Education) appelle \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper les actions exprimant l\u2019opposition aux \u00e9valuations nationales, outil de pilotage du \u00ab choc des savoirs \u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Explication de la position intersyndicale<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Dans le cadre du \u00ab choc des savoirs \u00bb, la rentr\u00e9e 2024 est marqu\u00e9e, dans le 1er degr\u00e9, par des mesures qui ont pour objectif la mise au pas du m\u00e9tier, et auront pour cons\u00e9quence l\u2019aggravation des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Un d\u00e9veloppement du contr\u00f4le des pratiques<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<strong>Les \u00e9valuations nationales<\/strong> seront obligatoires pour tous les niveaux, de l\u2019\u00e9cole \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la seconde. Centr\u00e9es sur les seuls \u201cfondamentaux\u201d, elles mettent en avant une conception restrictive et archa\u00efque des apprentissages, fond\u00e9es sur des pr\u00e9suppos\u00e9s \u00e9ducatifs en contradiction avec les consensus scientifiques sur la question.<br \/>\nAu-del\u00e0 de l\u2019aspect p\u00e9dagogique et technique, nos organisations rappellent que ces \u00e9valuations<br \/>\nstandardis\u00e9es sont la pierre angulaire d\u2019un syst\u00e8me global d\u2019\u00e9valuation du syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif visant \u00e0 la fois les \u00e9l\u00e8ves mais aussi les personnels. La multiplicit\u00e9 des mesures d\u2019\u00e9valuation (programmes, labellisation\u2026) vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un contr\u00f4le croissant des pratiques professionnelles.<br \/>\n<strong>La labellisation des manuels scolaires<\/strong> commencera d\u00e8s la rentr\u00e9e 2024 pour la lecture en cycle 2. Cette labellisation sera fond\u00e9e sur un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel qui exclut une grande part des sciences de l\u2019\u00e9ducation: tout sc\u00e9nario p\u00e9dagogique faisant d\u2019une situation-probl\u00e8me le point de d\u00e9marrage de l\u2019apprentissage est mis au banc. De plus, les crit\u00e8res de labellisation indiquent combien la m\u00e9thode d\u2019apprentissage de la lecture impos\u00e9e, va entrainer un premier tri des \u00e9l\u00e8ves en entravant l\u2019acc\u00e8s au sens.<br \/>\n<strong>Les programmes<\/strong> sont r\u00e9\u00e9crits, en contradiction avec les consensus scientifiques. La part des prescriptions p\u00e9dagogiques y est consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9e. Or, m\u00eame l\u2019OCDE le dit, les syst\u00e8mes scolaires qui misent sur l\u2019expertise des enseignant\u00b7es et leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 concevoir les enseignements sont ceux qui sont les plus performants et les moins soumis aux d\u00e9terminismes sociaux.<br \/>\nCe recul de la culture professionnelle au profit de protocoles, va r\u00e9duire la capacit\u00e9 des enseignant\u00b7es \u00e0 venir en aide aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Un renforcement des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s scolaires<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nLe minist\u00e8re construit une \u00e9cole plus normative, plus s\u00e9lective, plus \u00e0 m\u00eame d\u2019op\u00e9rer le tri social. \u00ab Le taux de r\u00e9ussite au brevet et sans doute au bac diminuera dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir. J\u2019en ai conscience et je l\u2019assume.\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Gabriel Attal en d\u00e9cembre dernier. Ce faisant, il renonce explicitement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du niveau scolaire et \u00e0 la d\u00e9mocratisation de la r\u00e9ussite scolaire.<br \/>\nOppos\u00e9\u00b7es aux \u00e9valuations nationales et au Choc des savoirs, nous ne trierons pas nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves<br \/>\nLe m\u00e9tier doit rester \u00e0 la main des enseignant\u00b7es, de la conception des situations d\u2019apprentissages jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation des \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Il est n\u00e9cessaire de d\u00e9fendre la libert\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique et de renforcer le pouvoir d\u2019agir enseignant, pour que la profession puisse lutter efficacement contre les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s scolaires.<br \/>\nIl nous faut refuser toutes les mesures du Choc des savoirs qui font syst\u00e8me. Il nous faut donc refuser collectivement que notre m\u00e9tier devienne celui du tri social, et une t\u00e2che d\u2019application de protocoles.<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">C\u2019est pourquoi l\u2019intersyndicale CGT Educ\u2019action, CDFT Education Formation Recherche Publiques, FSU-SNUipp, SE UNSA, Sud Educationappelle \u00e0 porter la motion de Conseil des maitre\u00b7sses qui demande l\u2019abandon des \u00e9valuations nationales \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e 2024 et \u00e0 s\u2019emparer de la p\u00e9tition intersyndicale contre les \u00e9valuations.<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nCollectivement, exigeons l\u2019abandon de l\u2019ensemble des mesures dites du \u201cchoc des savoirs\u201d et des<br \/>\n\u00e9valuations nationales, cl\u00e9 de vo\u00fbte de ce syst\u00e8me. Les actions exprimant l\u2019opposition aux \u00e9valuations nationales \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e 2024 doivent se d\u00e9velopper.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800080;\">5 bonnes raisons de pas faire passer les \u00e9valuations<\/span><\/h2>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/snuipp86.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/flyer_evals_5_raisons.pdf\" class=\"pdfemb-viewer\" style=\"\" data-width=\"max\" data-height=\"max\" data-toolbar=\"bottom\" data-toolbar-fixed=\"off\">flyer_evals_5_raisons<\/a>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800080;\">P\u00e9tition intersyndicale<\/span><\/h2>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><strong>Signer et partager la p\u00e9tition<\/strong> FSU-SNUipp, SE-Unsa, Snudi-FO, SGEN-CFDT, CGT Educ\u2019Action, Sud \u00e9ducation, SNALC pour l\u2019abandon des \u00e9valuations nationales standardis\u00e9es obligatoires, pour l\u2019arr\u00eat des m\u00e9canismes de pression et de contr\u00f4le (pilotage des conseils acad\u00e9miques des savoirs fondamentaux CASF, formation impos\u00e9e, tout-\u00e9valuation, contr\u00f4les incessants\u2026), pour le respect de la libert\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique : abandon de toute tentative d\u2019imposition de manuels, y compris au travers d\u2019un processus de labellisation. <a href=\"https:\/\/lapetition.fr\/arret-evaluations-obligatoires-imposees?_se=YW50b2luZS5jaGF1dmVsQHNudWlwcC5mcg%3D%3D&amp;fbclid=IwAR2qVJSVJKoY0W4neLuHBR4PIXrDBVL93tnx20ZWtWYI7l11oXYMBkwrOfI_aem_ASmHzjdma-Hl9sQuv0bzjdaryTgRPOtjoQWJi27BE6d3iXtqiGK8ug52ulNbQkkc_Eo8afhVI7y7wDTOJU4bIKD-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">lien p\u00e9tition<\/a><\/div>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Motion d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong><em>L\u2019intersyndicale nationale aux \u00e9quipes des \u00e9coles maternelles et \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires incite \u00e0 renvoyer cette motion (de conseil d\u2019\u00e9cole, ou de conseil des ma\u00eetre.sses si le conseil d\u2019\u00e9cole est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pass\u00e9) \u00e0 son IEN.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><u>Motion pour les Conseils d\u2019\u00e9cole (maternelles et \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires)<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Le Conseil de l\u2019\u00e9cole XXXXXXX, ville XXXX, r\u00e9uni le XXXXXXX, s\u2019oppose aux \u00e9valuations nationales qui se g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisent du CP \u00e0 la 2nde \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e 2024. Ces \u00e9valuations inscrites dans l\u2019id\u00e9ologie du plan \u00ab\u00a0Choc des savoirs\u00a0\u00bb se r\u00e9p\u00e8teront \u00e0 chaque rentr\u00e9e pour tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves d\u00e8s 6 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, elles vont \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de la logique des cycles qui prennent en compte les diff\u00e9rents rythmes de d\u00e9veloppement et d\u2019apprentissage des \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Elles construisent une \u00e9cole plus normative, s\u00e9lective et in\u00e9galitaire. Elles visent \u00e0 rythmer la scolarit\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e8ves par des \u00e9preuves annuelles ins\u00e9curisantes et inutiles.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, les \u00e9valuations dont les enseignant\u00b7es ont besoin sont celles qui les aident \u00e0 comprendre les proc\u00e9dures des \u00e9l\u00e8ves pour adapter et r\u00e9guler les activit\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques.<\/p>\n<p>Les enseignant.es n\u2019ont pas besoin des \u00e9valuations qui installent une logique de tri des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et organisent les groupes de niveau.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, des \u00e9valuations nationales ainsi envisag\u00e9es repr\u00e9sentent un instrument de contr\u00f4le et d\u2019enfermement des pratiques enseignantes. Or la libert\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique, qui consiste \u00e0 concevoir et adapter les enseignements, est une condition n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite scolaire de tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves.
